  • At least 6 months of current employment or continuous work in the same industry.

  • No past-due balances or delinquencies.

  • Positive rental or mortgage history within the past 18 months.

  • Co-signer must complete and sign the Co-Signer Application and Guarantee of Lease Form.

  • A separate application fee applies.
