Must be a relative, legal guardian, or another qualified individual.
Credit score of 700 or higher.
Net income at least 4× the monthly rent (must provide 3 recent pay stubs or proof of self-employed income).
At least 6 months of current employment or continuous work in the same industry.
No past-due balances or delinquencies.
Positive rental or mortgage history within the past 18 months.
Co-signer must complete and sign the Co-Signer Application and Guarantee of Lease Form.
A separate application fee applies.
Tip: Encourage your co-signer to apply quickly to avoid delays or losing the unit to another approved applicant.
