Rising Tides
There’s an old saying that a rising tide lifts all boats. Don’t believe that? Just check out boats anchored at any dock near the shore. When high tide comes in they do, in fact, all rise. At MPG, opportunity works the same way.
As the largest Southside Chicago property management company, we love the neighborhoods we serve—after all, we live here! But we also know many of the people may not have access to the information they need to do better.
Without knowing how to lay the foundation for generational wealth, families stay trapped for generations. The tides of fortune may rise others’ boats, but they’re left on the shore, watching.
That doesn’t make sense to us. There’s more than enough opportunity for everyone who wants it, and we’re here to help others climb aboard their own boats. We’re committed to building wealth together through investment property.
Sharing the Wealth Not Hoarding
And that starts with sharing information others with scarcity mindsets would rather keep to themselves. Not us, though!
For example, when new team members join MPG, we do more than just ensure they’re trained up for their current position. We talk about their interests and aspirations. Where do they see themselves in 10 years?
If they don’t already own a home, we work with them to make it a reality. We know not everyone will have the ability or interest to own rental property. But when someone buys their own home, it’s still an investment… in their future.
For those farther along on their journeys, we mentor them on how to buy their first investment properties and ultimately find ways to make their dreams a reality.
Building a Brighter Future Together
If someone has a passion for starting a company, we share our experiences (good and bad) so they don’t have to make the same mistakes we did.
If a team member eventually outgrows their position and doesn’t see a future path at MPG, we’ll never try to block their exit. Holding others back from achieving their dreams doesn’t serve anyone (plus, it’s just bad karma).
